Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Some Orders May Arrive in Multiple Parcels

Some BucketGolf orders are dispatched in multiple parcels due to packaging size restrictions. Parcels may arrive separately and have different tracking updates.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Delays & Lost Items

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
